Included Sponsor Foursome Registration
Tournament Sponsors at levels $4,500 and above receive a foursome for golf included in with sponsorship. Please use this option to register your golfers if you are such a sponsor (all levels aside from Hole Sponsorship).
If you wish to sponsor nurse leaders to play golf, you may dedicate up to two of your four golfer spots to sponsor nurse leaders during the registration process. Should you opt to sponsor any nurse leaders, ONL will pair you up with nurse leaders to complete your foursome for golf.
